Our database is sector specific and has been built up over 20 years. It is further strengthened by identifying closely related sectors where there can be some candidate crossover so we can keep refreshing the talent pool in the niche sectors where we specialise. We recognise that this database is a living and breathing entity and as such, we dedicate lots of time ensuring that it is updated and as detailed as possible.

Every candidate that is put forward for your role is interviewed in detail, so we get an understanding of both their skill set and their cultural fit for your business. No candidate is submitted to you without their permission to put them forwards.

Once we get to the interview stage, you will meet candidates who are well prepared and who know everything that we know about the job. This will be both the selling points for the role, but also the key challenges. You will get to see the candidate that we see. We don't change content on CV’s as we want the CV to be a true reflection of the candidate. All we do is present CV’s in a consistent manner and attach a cover page that gives you further information about them – salary and benefits, notice period, a summary of their career journey so far as well as insights into their character and personality.

We get and give feedback as soon as possible after each interview and ensure that regardless of the outcome, the candidate is left with a positive interviewing experience with your company.

The key to success for all our assignments is a“ no surprises” policy. The only controllable reason that any recruitment process falls over is if a candidate can’t do what they say they can or if the role and company aren’t as they appear.

That is why we interview all candidates thoroughly before we put them forward and also why we get as much detail from you before we go and speak to any candidates in the market.

This diligent approach is the reason that over 94% of candidates we submit are taken to 1st interview and we have a consistently high placement to vacancy ratio.
